The sole shareholder of AirCom Ltd. is ACSO Consulting Ltd. (EIK 201054736). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

AcroCruiser is the current-generation light aircraft programme of AirCom Ltd. References to "we", "us", or "AirCom Ltd." throughout these terms refer to the same legal entity.

2. Purpose of This Website

This website provides programme-level information about the AcroCruiser airframe and the broader AirCom technology stack. It is not an offer of sale, not a prospectus, and not a solicitation. Detailed technical material, intellectual-property documentation, and any commercial terms are reserved for review under executed mutual non-disclosure agreement and are not communicated through this website.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, technical drawings, design files, illustrations, and the AcroCruiser and AirCom marks — is the property of AirCom Ltd. (or its sole shareholder ACSO Consulting Ltd., as applicable) and is protected under applicable Bulgarian, EU, and international intellectual property law.

The intellectual property associated with the AcroCruiser airframe, the propulsion system, the unmanned platform designs, and the integrated solid-state avionics architecture is held as trade-secret and copyright by deliberate technology-protection stance.
